RTRC Limited offers a robust RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) testing facility, designed to help manufacturers, sellers, and distributors ensure compliance with global environmental and safety regulations.

RTRC provides advanced testing to assess and verify compliance with the latest RoHS directives, including RoHS 3 (EU 2015/863). This involves determining the presence and concentration of restricted hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliance testing is standard process for sellers and distributors of electrical and electronic products conducting business in the European Market.

The RoHS 1 directive, came into effect on 1 July 2006, was created by the European Union for environmental and human protection. Further development of RoHS Directives, from RoHS 2 to RoHS 10, adds bromo compounds and phthalates depending on the product type.
